Our signature premium quality, the fabric is soft and good quality weight - darted across the back and sides for a flattering fit, with full length sleeves.
Sizing is 6-8 / 8-10 / 12-14. It's smaller fitting, we recommend going bigger i.e. if you're a true size 8, try the 8-10. It depends how you like to wear it, whether you want to wear over a thin dress, or whether you wish to fasten etc.

Buttons and feather/pearl trim are delicate by nature, please take care when trying and fastening the buttons, they need to be put through the button holes at an angle.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm GMT on Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched same day.
If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Tuesday.
All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

EXCHANGES
Not happy with the size? Exchange any outfit, FREE of charge.
RETURNS
We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.
We recommend use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.
We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of receipt back to us.
For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt & then be authorised to return back for QC checks. If found to be a product fault a refund or credit note will be issued at our discretion, if a customer fault from excessive wear item will be returned to customer.
If items are returned with marks, such as make up, we will charge a 10% cleaning fee deducted from the refund, unless deemed to be irreparable.
