FIT NOTES: our model is wearing Uk size 8.  We’d say take your usual size, if in between sizes we’d recommend to size up as this fabric is a metallic jacquard with very limited stretch 

You loved the 1 shoulder version.. but wanted to see a 2 puff sleeve version... so we had to make it happen!!  The 'Frances' dress is the result - sweetheart neckline with layered detail,  delicate diamanté buttons down the pleated bodice and still those fabulous voluminous puff sleeves! b

This dress is structured and statement; ideal for going into the Autumn Winter season but not too heavy.  It's so flattering on, easy to wear with a bra and a neckline that suits all.  The statement sleeves give that perfect arm coverage and are elasticated for comfortable wear. 

Sit and move easily in this design; a fitted midi length with centre back split. It would be so stunning for a Wedding or black tie occasion, its classic yet modern at the same time.  We cant wait to see you in it!! 

Dress fastens with a centre back zip - easy to get on and off, especially if you're having your hair/make up done. It's lined throughout and can be worn easily with a bra.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm GMT on Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched same day.

If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Tuesday. 

All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

The 8th Sign aim to deliver all goods within the mentioned time frame, however sometimes during sale times and other busy periods deliveries may take longer. Should you not receive your order within 6 working days please contact us at info@8thsign.com

Deliveries to the Highlands may take longer.

Deliveries to all international destinations are sent on a Tracked and Signed service.

EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt.

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.

We recommend use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.

We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of receipt back to us.

For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt & then be authorised to return back for QC checks. If found to be a product fault a refund or credit note will be issued at our discretion, if a customer fault from excessive wear item will be returned to customer. 
If items are returned with marks, such as make up, we will charge a 10% cleaning fee deducted from the refund, unless deemed to be irreparable.
