NOVALIE 1 SHOULDER FEATHER DRESS - COBALT BLUE

FIT NOTES: Dress is overall true to size but a little generous, it is a wrap style skirt so not overly fitted and the material has a little stretch. Similar fit to our original 'Vivienne' feather dress. We recommend to size down in in between sizes. 

The 'Novalie' one shoulder dress is a brand new Summer version of our bestselling Vivienne feather dress - in this amazing vibrant Cobalt Blue! 

It features colour match feather trim down the skirt, embellished waist with rectangular angled crystals and large tie shoulder detail. 

With free-tying 1 shoulder silhouette you can tie this as tight or loose as you need, to adjust the fit to suit.  It would also be breastfeeding friendly! 

Crafted in our signature quality woven fabric with a smooth finish & fully lined for a great flattering fit.  Fasten with a concealed side zip.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm GMT on Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched same day.

If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Tuesday. 

All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

The 8th Sign aim to deliver all goods within the mentioned time frame, however sometimes during sale times and other busy periods deliveries may take longer. Should you not receive your order within 6 working days please contact us at info@8thsign.com

Deliveries to the Highlands may take longer.

Deliveries to all international destinations are sent on a Tracked and Signed service.

EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt.

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.

We recommend use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.

We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of receipt back to us.

For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt & then be authorised to return back for QC checks. If found to be a product fault a refund or credit note will be issued at our discretion, if a customer fault from excessive wear item will be returned to customer. 
If items are returned with marks, such as make up, we will charge a 10% cleaning fee deducted from the refund, unless deemed to be irreparable.
