A brand new take on our Vivienne dress - now in amazing lace!! We couldn't resist trying a lace version to give even more detail to this stunning style and we're in love with the result! Crafted from a premium quality crochet lace, the oversize flowers and structure of the lace give a fantastic finish with sheer sleeves and voluminous puff shoulders. Still fully lined, this dress is super comfortable and secure to wear; it's figure flattering and holds you in all the right places.
It draws attention to your waist with the stunning crystal embellishment around the front & back - slightly altered for the lace version to be on a chain, rather than crystals in 'claws' just so it doesn't pull the fabric. A flattering open V neck secured at the bust for easy wear and a wrap effect skirt to show a little leg!
The 'piece de resistance' detail of course is the feathers down the skirt, moving beautifully as you walk and really adding a little drama and sexiness to this piece! A demure yet daring design, the overall look of the dress is covered & elegant, but it's tailored to show off your figure whilst being forgiving - with sleeves, a flattering neckline and wrap skirt that's not too tight.
The puff shoulders and slim fit sleeves are always a customer favourite, great for lots of occasions and really making this style something out of the ordinary.

Opens with a centre back zip and is fully lined throughout. Can be worn easily with a bra as the 'wrap' effect V neckline is secured with a stitch for easy wear, it won't gape open.
If you're 'pear shaped' or bigger on the bottom this dress should be ok too as with the 'wrap style' skirt its not a tight fit; we'd recommend your usual size.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm GMT on Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched same day.
If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Tuesday.
All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

RETURNS
We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.
We recommend use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.
We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of receipt back to us.
For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt & then be authorised to return back for QC checks. If found to be a product fault a refund or credit note will be issued at our discretion, if a customer fault from excessive wear item will be returned to customer.
If items are returned with marks, such as make up, we will charge a 10% cleaning fee deducted from the refund, unless deemed to be irreparable.
