EXCHANGES

Not happy with the size? Exchange for a new size (or style) subject to availability. 

Simply follow the instructions on the Returns Form in your parcel & we will send out the new style free of charge!  No further outbound postage charges to incur. 

- Complete the returns form in the parcel & tick 'exchange' with details of the new style you'd like (size / style name or code)

- Want us to reserve it to ensure doesn't sell out?  Email us info@8thsign.com with your order number and we'll reserve it against your order until your return is received back, then dispatch accordingly. 

 

RETURNS

As a small, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however in the UK we are able to offer exchanges with no extra outbound postage cost (as above, see exchanges).

We are happy to refund or exchange any full price item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt.

SALE ITEMS are exchange only as we finish our warehouse relocation sale: you can select an alternative item to exchange for,  or receive a credit note to use within 3 months on the website 

 

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.

We recommend use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.

We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of receipt back to us.

For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt & then be authorised to return back for QC checks. If found to be a product fault a refund or credit note will be issued at our discretion, if a customer fault from excessive wear item will be returned to customer. 


If items are returned with marks, such as make up, we will charge a 10% cleaning fee deducted from the refund, unless deemed to be irreparable.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch

🚚 UK (including Northern Ireland)

FREE delivery over £180

Standard 2-3 working days from dispatch, via Royal Mail: only £4.95

 

🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland 

Evri international tracked & signed: £12 (customs fees may be incurred) 

We have recently relocated our warehouse back to mainland UK, so for now our deliveries to ROI will be via Evri as this is quickest and most reliable service

If you order after 12pm your order will generally be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Tuesday. 

All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

The 8th Sign aim to deliver all goods within the mentioned time frame, however sometimes during sale times and other busy periods deliveries may take longer. Should you not receive your order within 6 working days please contact us at info@8thsign.com

Deliveries to the Highlands may take longer.

Deliveries to all international destinations are sent on a Tracked and Signed service. We do not cover any import duties or taxes, the courier will contact you regarding any payments due. If the shipment is refused we also do not cover any return duties or taxes, these would be deducted from refund.
