TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the 8thsign.com website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order with us. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please Contact Us via emailinfo@8thsign.com as once your order has been confirmed we wll not be able to make any changes, We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you.
PAYMENTS
The 8th Sign accepts Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal for payments.
DELIVERY
The 8th Sign dispatches all orders from our Belfast distribution centre
For the UK
Standard 2-3 working days £4.95
For the Republic of Ireland
Standard 2-3 working days £5.95 (NO CUSTOMS FEES)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm GMT your order will usually be dispatched same day.
If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Wednesday.
All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).
The 8th Sign aim to deliver all goods within the mentioned time frame, however sometimes during sale times and other busy periods deliveries may take longer. Should you not receive your order within 6 working days please contact us at info@8thsign.com
Deliveries to the Highlands may take longer.
Deliveries to all international destinations are sent on a Tracked and Signed service.
Signatures are required upon delivery, if you are not in to sign for the parcel a courier will leave a card and take your order back then attempt to re deliver on 2 more attempts. If parcel is not collected it will be delivered back to The 8th Sign and we will redeliver to the customer again but at the customers expense.
REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is unworn within 14 days of receipt. Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. We have the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in original condition.
Please use a secure tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed for or equivalent), as The 8th Sign cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 8th Sign will also not be held responsible for any duty or import fees on international returns.
We will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of purchase date.
For any damages or faulty goods please contact us within two days of receipt of goods at info@8thsign.com and our customer services team will be happy to deal with your query. Please ensure that you check and try your item as soon as you receive it, as we will not be responsible for faults found when items are only tried on some time later before an event. In this case we may only offer an exchange as a goodwill gesture. Any faults must be reported within two days of receipt.
OUR PRODUCTS
Although The 8th Sign have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package too. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
The 8th Sign is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
What Information Do We Collect And How Is It Used?
Before a purchase can be made on our site, we ask for your name, telephone number, address, and email address. During the checkout process we also collect your delivery address, and payment method. We will not sell your personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to The 8th Sign website
DISCOUNT CODES
The 8th Sign reserve the right to amend or remove a discount code at any time. Minimum spend my apply to specific codes.
